Requirement
The client built a strong on-air audience over 12 years of broadcasting. They wanted a digital home where viewers could come, browse the brands they had seen on TV, read reviews from existing customers, and buy without the friction of a typical eCommerce checkout.
The site had to do 3 things at once. Showcase brands, connect new shoppers to existing users for social proof, and offer a hassle-free path to purchase.
Solution
We built a brand discovery website where every product card pulls in real user feedback, brand information, and direct purchase options. The browsing experience runs by category, brand, or product type so shoppers can find what they saw on TV in a few clicks.
- Local and international brand discovery
- Connection to existing users for word-of-mouth product research
- Hassle-free shopping flow with simplified checkout
- Multi-category browsing across brands, sections, and accessories
- TV-to-web integration tied to the client's broadcast schedule
Angular powers the front-end, .Net Core and Web API handle the brand and product data, and MS SQL stores the catalog and user reviews.
Final Outcome
The website gave the client's TV audience somewhere to land. Viewers who saw an ad on air can find the brand, read what other buyers said, and complete the purchase without the usual eCommerce friction. The client's video advertising business and digital storefront now feed each other.
