Requirement
Foreclosure solution agents spend most of their day on the road, meeting clients, gathering paperwork, and chasing payments. Their workflow lived across paper forms, a desktop CRM, and personal phones for text messages. Nothing synced. Leads got lost. Payments slipped.
The client wanted one Android app where agents could capture loan data on a tablet or phone, send the client a Twilio SMS confirming the next step, and add a payment date to a shared calendar. Plus a clean view of each client's full financial picture across the foreclosure flow stages (NHL leads, FFAO, FFAC, IC, BPO, TC) and the fee tied to each.
Solution
We built a native Android app on Java and Kotlin, backed by a .Net Web API. Agents log in with username and password or social sign-in (Facebook, Google), then work from a home dashboard that shows active foreclosure stages with the fee for each. Tapping a stage drills into the lead list (name, address, status) so the agent can pick up the next one.
- Loan lead data gathering with structured forms for foreclosure stages (NHL, FFAO, FFAC, IC, BPO, TC)
- Twilio SMS integration for client follow-up direct from the lead view
- Built-in calendar for creating and editing payment dates
- Profile management for agents (create, view, edit)
- Account and expense management against each client
- Social login through Facebook and Google for fast agent onboarding
The native Android UI keeps the experience fast on field devices, and the .Net Web API handles secure data sync back to MS SQL on the company server.
Final Outcome
The client got a single Android app that holds the whole foreclosure workflow. Agents stopped re-typing lead data into a desktop CRM at the end of the day. SMS confirmations went out from the app in seconds instead of getting forgotten. And the payment calendar gave both agents and supervisors a clear view of what was due when.
The result was less data lost in transit, faster client follow-up, and supervisors who could finally see the pipeline without chasing every agent for a status update.
