Requirement
Wellness apps either over-promise (cure-all life trackers) or under-deliver (single-feature gimmicks). The client wanted 3 focused apps that did one thing each, really well.
'B100 Method' needed a quiz-based assessment that delivered personalised diet and supplement suggestions, then tracked the user's health data over time. 'Akamu' needed a clean meditation library with categories, audio lessons, and a calm UI. 'Recoverthol' needed a drink tracker that handled custom drink sizes, calculated alcohol effects, and reminded users to stay within limits.
Solution
We built each app as a focused single-purpose tool sharing a common design system. 'B100' leads with assessment quizzes and reports. 'Akamu' leads with browseable meditation content and audio playback. 'Recoverthol' leads with the drink calculator and habit graphs.
- Quiz-based health assessment with personalised recommendations (B100 Method)
- Lab report integration and push notifications (B100 Method)
- Meditation course library with categories, stories, and music (Akamu)
- Custom drink creation and measurement (Recoverthol)
- Graphical insight on alcohol intake patterns (Recoverthol)
- Reminders and habit tracking across all 3 apps
- User authentication and personal data tracking
Final Outcome
Three wellness apps shipped to their target audiences. 'B100 Method' users get diet and supplement guidance they can actually follow. 'Akamu' users get a meditation library that doesn't feel preachy. 'Recoverthol' users get honest data on their drinking habits without judgement. The shared design system kept the apps visually consistent while letting each one specialise in its niche.
