Requirement
Independent hotels faced a common set of operational problems. Rates updated in one place did not flow to OTA listings automatically, causing rate parity failures and manual correction work. Reservations from different booking channels landed in different places and had to be manually consolidated. Housekeeping had no digital system for room status. Guest requests were tracked on paper or through personal phones.
The client needed a unified cloud PMS that pulled every part of hotel operations into one system. Direct bookings without OTA commission, automatic rate distribution to all channels at once, a single view of all reservations regardless of source, and operational tools for housekeeping and guest management that worked from any internet-connected device.
Solution
We built the platform as a cloud-based React and .Net Core application accessible from any browser. Hotel staff log in from the front desk, housekeeping, or back office and see the same live system. The direct booking engine sits on the hotel's own website and captures reservations without commission. The OTA channel manager distributes rates and availability to all major online travel agencies simultaneously.

Final Outcome
Independent hoteliers gained an enterprise-grade PMS without the enterprise complexity or cost. Direct bookings through the commission-free engine reduced the percentage of reservations paid to OTAs.
